Our base nightly rate starts at $1,500 per night, with seasonal variations during peak and holiday periods. Minimum stays range from 2 to 4 nights depending on the time of year.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. It is released within 7 business days after checkout pending property inspection.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 60+ days before check-in receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
Cancellations 31–59 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations 30 days or less before check-in are non-refundable.The property accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. The base rate includes 4 guests, with an additional guest fee of $250 per person per night.
Guests enjoy full access to our resort-style amenities — including a private pool with outdoor shower, sunken firepit, billiards and ping pong tables, putting green, bocce ball court, gym, and business center.
Yes. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee and must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Professional filming or photography must be pre-approved and may be subject to an additional Event / Venue Fee and agreement.
To preserve the peaceful, luxury atmosphere of The Royal View and for safety due to the pool, fire features, and elevated amenities, the property is reserved exclusively for adult guests ages 18 and over. We are unable to accommodate children or infants at this time.
